"Excuse me... Who are you?" - Mima, Perfect Blue
Hello outside world (of the internet). I have been a busy person. My midterms took up a good week and now my finals are going to take up the remainder of the semster, so my time is limited on these poor, building-provided machines. Not to say I had much time in the first place since this is the first broadcasted communication. I should have a laptop in the next few days, then I can enjoy a computer in my life almost as fully as my beloved desktop back home.
In all honesty, I've gotten kind of tired of computers since my major depends on them. Luckily, I'm not having dreams about Illustrator or Photoshop, or any other program. Oddly enough, my Concept, Design & Process class encourages you to not use a computer. He prefers things to be done by hand, which has allowed me to explore ten times more, and I've done every assignment as such. I can't scan much in, but next time I get a chance I'll post some work. Don't expect impressive though.
I need to check around my favorite stomping grounds next chance I get. I miss jumping over to TIL. Without a computer, I have gotten more reading done than I would have expected. And, speaking of reading, as far as stories are concered, my first day of being in San Francisco was nothing but wonderous tales... Fables of awe and near-death. Truthfully, I'm loving it out here. You can walk anywhere, not that you'd want to go anywhere, and get where you're going. Should you have a destination at all.
I'm going to spend the next hour catching up, I think. Bai-bai.
